Gesellschaft für Bioanalytik Münster e.V.

The Münster region with its long tradition of excellent analytical and biomedical research has an international reputation in innovative nanoanalytics. The resulting nanobioanalytical focus of the region is a logical consequence of the top international research in nanoanalytics and life science at the University of Münster, the University of Applied Sciences and over 30 companies in the region. Based on this scientific and economic landscape and years of experience in matching partners from different technological fields in the life sciences sector the Gesellschaft für Bioanalytik Münster e.V. (short: Bioanalytik Münster) as the regional network focuses on the topics "bioanalytics" and "new technologies for healthcare". It bundles the potential and competencies in the Life Sciences field in the region and structures and intensifies the cooperation of all actors in this field. As an interface between companies, academics and transfer Bioanalytik Münster translates knowledge and expertise coming from a long track record as partner in EU-funded projects in the field of (nano) bioanalytic and health technologies into the region. It receives support from its members as well as the city of Münster.
