Nova's BioProfile® FLEX2 is the latest model in the BioProfile family of automated cell culture analyzers. FLEX2 combines sensor card technology with optical cell imaging technology and freezing point osmometry. FLEX2 is available with an optional on-line autosampler and optional CDV (cell density and viability) functionality. The on-line autosampler enables fully automated sampling and analysis for up to 10 bioreactors. FAST CDV delivers results in 70 seconds using 100uL of sample volume. All sample dilutions are performed internally, enabling cell culture samples up to 140e6 c/mL to be analyzed without any external sample dilution.
