Thomas Winter founded Genius Search GmbH & Co. KG in 2018 and is Managing Director of the consulting group with its own offices in Switzerland, England, and the headquarters in Heidelberg.

He has been working for clients from venture capital, family-owned pharmaceutical companies and the biotech industry for over 22 years, leading executive search projects for a wide range of scientific expert and C-level positions.

In recent years, Thomas has placed some of the most renowned CEOs in the biotech industry in German-speaking countries.

Thomas holds a degree in psychology and is considered a proven expert in the field of psychological aptitude diagnostics for life science clients.
